As Built Services allowed for the surveying of a complex space, expanded over 100 years and the creation of a BIM computer model. The computer model was delivered to architects allowing them to have a comprehensive overview of the space and prepare the necessary documentation to be able to prepare the space to be outfitted as a new Dollarama retail store. Additionally, with the introduction of VR, architects and engineers were able to collaborate remotely at a distance and explore the space as if present in reality.
